Custom Products Custom Built products require 15 business days manufacturing process
The case you are about to order is a customized case, a Made-to-order product which will be manufactured exclusively for you, based on a special color combination that you choose during the customization process, some products also have the option to add a laser engraved personalization. We will wait 24hs before starting the manufacturing process of this item, then we will start cutting the leather and building your exclusive product which will be usually ready in 15 business days prior to shipping it out. Therefore, cancellations for full refunds or modifications to customized online orders are only possible within those first 24 hs. After this frame, the item will have begun production any cancellation or modification request will carry a cancellation fee according to the time that has passed since the order was placed, First 24hs free of charge. From day 1 to day 15 after purchase 10% of product price. From day 15 to 21, 20% of product price and after 21 or already delivered product, 30% of product price. Cases with confection flaws or product misfunctioning under normal use will apply for replacement or Full refund (Pictures or product inspection may be required). Please have in mind that in the case you want to return a custom-built product, we will not be able to offer it to anybody else as we usually don´t carry that exact color combination as a regular ready-to-ship product.
Stock Products Ready to ship products
Stock products are shipped the next working day after your order has been placed. After this timeframe we won´t be able to stop your shipment nor cancel your order. You will need to request an RMA. No questions asked, you can return your product up to 30 days after the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All return items must have a corresponding RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by us to warrant a return. Please do not ship back the product to the address from where it has been shipped.
