United StatesThe case is made from excellent leather and is nicely constructed but the gaps on the sides and bottom leave a lot of the iPhone open to damage.
United StatesI used to have a Vaja case for my old iphone and I actually liked it. I got a new iphone and immediately ordered a new case for it. When it arrived, I was highly disappointed. The "leaf pattern" looked cheap and the "chili" color looked like lipstick. I left it in the box and contacted Vaja customer service. Initially they begged me to keep it and give it a try. After three days of constantly e-mailing them Abraham from customer care eventually got back to me and stated they would issue a "refund" minus 20%. So my advice would be don't order a case unless you are absolutely sure that you want to keep it even if what you receive is not at all consistent with what you expect on the website. In fact, check out the reviews of this company's product on Amazon. They are a lot more accurate than what is shown here on their website (I assume you likely won't see this one as they seem to filter out the critical reviews, but I'll post this just so that I feel like I did my best to try to warn you)
United StatesI have been a loyal customer of Vaja for years as you can look up in your records. Recently I purchased a case for my new Iphone 12 Max Pro. So when ordering it, I accidentlyI order for a 12 Pro instead of Max Pro. After taking forever to receive it, I emailed Vaja and had to get permission to return it. I paid out of pocket to send it because Vaja would NOT supply a return label. On 04.13.2021 I received notification from my bank that I was not given the full refund of $159.00 which I had originally paid, instead Vaja sent me only $97.30 as a refund. The case was NEVER used as it would not fit my phone and was sent back immediately. Its sad that the money you have collected from me throughout the years, you still stiff me on my refund. Please note you have lost a loyal customer and I will make sure to post this on Yelp and other social media to let people know NOT to purchase your products. Instead you should value your loyal customers.
United StatesI have been a customer for 8 years. As Apple changes and upgrades its products, I need a new case. For me the grip model is the best! Slips inside my suit jacket. Looks great! The covers never show no wear. Also every bit as good as a competitor product when it comes to safety.
