We’ve taken the traditional canvas messenger bag and redesigned it from the inside, out. Handcrafted in Buenos Aires using the rich and subtle Vegetable tanned Bridge Leather that ages wonderfully over time combined with a contrast Floater leather stripe. Front flap has embedded magnets with two positions, for regular or full capacity. Inside you will find a "Principe de Gales" bag featuring two contrasting leather pockets (5" x 4") for fast access for your iPhone and other stuff, plus a secured large pocket ( 8,5" x 6,3") with metallic zipper, and even a place for your pen. Our Bridge leather naturally ages over time and will develop its own distinct patina. No two bags are alike-they are each a one-of-a-kind creations.No matter what you keep in there, it always sends the right message.
My wife thinks I'm crazy looking for the perfect day bag for a designer - I'm always buying another one. But this one from Vaja is truly wonderful. this one is well worked out for the few things I carry on my daily rounds: pencil case, note books, and the general stuff. A good pocket for the laptop; and the closure is by magnet so it's easy to open. The back pocket is excellent for my phone and wallet. Did I mention the quality of the leather? Really WOW! Soft - what do the ads say "buttery". Yup buttery. Brilliant colour. This could be the one...! (Now if Vaja would only make a littler one just the right size for my iPad Pro....)
I'm a big fan of Vaja products - I started buying them back in the days of blackberrys and iPods and have followed them through many models of iPhones and iPads. Vaja leather goods are always terrific quality. I decided to try something more substantial with the messenger bag. I knew it might be a risk without seeing and feeling it in person but it's perfect - just the right combination of look, feel, quality, and unusual design. This is not an everything briefcase, but for the person who carries around a slim laptop and a few files, it's perfect....

CanadaI had this messenger bag for little over a year now and absolutely love it. Just the right size and enough pockets for my stuff, I travel with a MacBook Air (2021) and accessories. The magnetic clasps are a really nice touch, not having to deal with buckles or snaps is nice. The outside pocket I use for quick access to papers or notebook.
