My purchase came the wrong size phone case. I returned it to the "return address" enclosed in the package with a note stating the problem. I was then notified by "customer service" that they aren't able to find it? Something about a Miami location? So I basically just gave up on it. Thanks for asking.

Apart from the natural process in terms of getting way darker, I have spotted the plastic case underneath the leather. It seems that the leather doesn't coap too well on the edges. I only keep my phone in the pocket, don't throw it around, it didn't fall in the ground or got in contact with sharp objects. The overall quality is okay and I'd maybe buy again a Vaja but only if a search doesn't show another great product with similar quality and a lower price or higher quality at the same price level.
I bought a new case and gave my old one to my step daughter - she was thrilled as I was with my new one!
