Shipping policy

Processing time for in-stock items

At Vaja Cases, we understand the importance of timely deliveries, and we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse team, we can accommodate cancellations.

Orders received by 10 a.m. (CET) will be shipped the next business day.

Cut-Off Time: Orders are processed daily before 3 p.m. (CET).

Please note that orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next available business day (typically Monday).

Tracking info

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier details and tracking information.

Delivery time and carriers

  • Stock and custom orders are shipped from Madrid, Spain
  • We typically offer DHL Express, which delivers within 2 to 3 business days inside the EU.

Shipping prices (in-stock orders)

Shipping prices for in-stock items start at 10 Euro depending on dimensional weight, shipping distance, and delivery time inside the UE.

Taxes

Sales tax is applied to orders placed from EU countries and is included in the final displayed price. Orders from countries outside the schengen area including the UK are subject to import duties.

Returns & Replacements

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order as long as:

Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or visible wear on footwear), and in their original packaging.

Your return request is submitted within 10 days of receiving your original order

Please Note: Costs associated with the return of an order are the responsibility of the customer. If you ordered the wrong size, we will cover the shipping for your first exchange.

In case of a 2nd or 3rd exchange, the client will be responsible for new shipping expenses.

Other in-stock products

You can always return your in-stock products up to 30 days after the purchase date

You may request an RMA in our returns section on our website or send an email to support@vajacases.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

All returned items must have a corresponding RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by us to warrant a return.

The customer is responsible for return expenses and shipping fees are non-refundable

Products with confection flaws or product misfunctioning under normal use will apply for replacement or full refund.

Product damage as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs/maintenance, installation, or alteration/modification will be VOID of our return policy and warranty.
