Every Vaja leather case you hold in your hand carries a unique story and the dedication of a skilled artisan who crafted it with love.

First, your order is received in our system and printed. Next, it is handed to our leather master.

Who selects the finest pieces of leather for your design, avoiding natural imperfections such as insect bites, wrinkles, and scuffs. We then use molds as the base to carefully cut the leather for your design.

The mold is placed on the leather, avoiding natural marks on the hide. Given that our leathers undergo a dyeing process and the color may vary across different parts of the hide, our team meticulously selects each piece to ensure a consistent tone for all the leather pieces forming your case. This ensures an even tone and texture in the final product.

Next, a 120-ton press cleanly cuts the leather pieces using each mold, which can involve more than 25 different molds and patterns for a single design. Each of these leather pieces is then thinned one by one to enhance flexibility and durability.

Depending on the part of the product, we use different widths ranging from 0.4mm to 1.6mm. Afterward, the inner side of the leather pieces is heat-pressed with another machine to imprint the Vaja interior designs.

As you can see, the initial steps benefit greatly from the precision of modern machines, ensuring the leather pieces are perfectly prepared for our artisans. They then bring your design to life by hand, crafting each case with care to achieve the perfect balance of minimalism, functionality, and optimal protection for your device.
