To be perfectly honest, I didn’t receive the shipment due to a misunderstanding with the express shippers. They have misinformation that complicated the delivery however; the professional service that was afforded by the senior staff at Vaja to resolve the the issue was first class! If you are fortunate enough to receive a case from Vaja as I have previously, you will be guaranteed satisfaction. Abraham was courteous, very understanding and empathetic to his clients. I can only hope that the shipping agent will modify their policies to accommodate valuable customers in the future so we can purchase from the company again in the near future.
